The switch to Euro-Office
WebOké is switching from the old Nextcloud Office (Collabora) to Euro-Office. At the same time, your Nextcloud is updated to Nextcloud 35. As an administrator, you start this switch yourself, whenever it suits you. You can read what changes for your users in Euro-Office or the old Nextcloud Office: what changes for you?.
When?
Start the update whenever it suits you. If you do nothing, we will carry it out for you no later than 1 December 2026. New Nextcloud packages get Euro-Office straight away.
How to start the switch
- Log in at mijn.weboke.nl and go to My Products.
- Open your Nextcloud package. You will see the card Nextcloud 35 with Euro-Office, with the label New. You can also find the card by typing Euro-Office into the search bar of My WebOké.
- Let your users know that Nextcloud will briefly be unavailable, and ask them to close any open documents.
- Click Upgrade to Nextcloud 35.x and activate Euro-Office.
- Confirm the question Update Nextcloud to 35.x now and switch to Euro-Office?
The update usually takes 5 to 15 minutes. Your Nextcloud is briefly unavailable during that time, so save any open documents first.

You can see how far the update has progressed on the card. Refresh the page to see the current status.

What stays the same?
- All your files and folders remain in place.
- Your users, passwords and Office Suite licences stay the same.
- Shared folders and links keep working.
- Your users still open documents with a single click in Nextcloud.
Can't use the button?
- Only the account owner can start this update. Log in with the main account of your WebOké account.
- You just tried this. Please wait a few minutes. Wait a moment and refresh the page.
- This update cannot be started for this package. Contact support; we will arrange it for you.

Tip: don't have any Office Suite licences? Then you will only see the update to Nextcloud 35 on the card. If you want to start using Euro-Office, order licences first. See Ordering and assigning Office licences to users.
